If any of the information listed is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. This is only an initial confirmation of the trip(s) and may not include some charges incurred during the performance of the trip(s) and may include, but not limited to 1) Early/Late hour fees, 2) Extra Stops, 3) Tolls & Parking & 4) Waiting time charges. We assume no responsibility and specifically disclaims liability for any items which may be left in its vehicles.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations made with a 24-hour limit will be penalized with 20% of the reservation value. All cancellations made with a 12 hour limit will be penalized with 50% of the reservation value. All cancellations made with less than 12 hours will be penalized with 100% of the reservation value.
Due to internal policies, smoking is not accepted inside our vehicles.
* Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. * The driver has the right to terminate the Services without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client (s)). * It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. * Smoking is not permitted in our cars.
Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Outstanding balance must be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the ride.
We may include charges but not limited to: 1) Meet and Greetings performance 2) Extra stops 3) Parking and Tolls 4) Peak Hours / Rush Hour Fees
